Tennessee among top states rolling out vaccine quickly, CDC reports
Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows Tennessee is among the top states when it comes to quickly rolling out vaccines for the coronavirus to residents per capita.
The CDC says, as of January 5, more than 328,000 vaccinations have been distributed throughout the state with 2,258 in 100,000 having received the first dose. Other states vaccinating quickly are Montana and Hawaii.
Data from the Tennessee Department of Health showed Tuesday that more than 169,000 had received the vaccine.
